The Dragon
Summary
The Dragon is a fragment-empowered superhero operating publicly in the United States. First mentioned during the Voss Dynamics briefing in Session 01 as one of several known enhanced individuals, he has since become a public figure — engaging villains in open combat and accepting corporate sponsorship from State Farm.
During the Second Meteor Event, The Dragon was observed by the PC team intercepting a falling meteor fragment over Greenland. He caught it with bare hands, triggering a crackling energy discharge that caused him to lose altitude and visibly struggle. He recovered, dropped the now-inert fragment, and flew away to the west at extraordinary speed. The team recovered the discarded fragment. The effect the fragment had on The Dragon — and where he went afterward — remains unknown.
On 2019-05-03, The Dragon battled and subdued Mayhem in downtown Los Angeles, causing significant collateral damage but no fatalities. Witnesses noted his tactical adaptability — he shifted approach mid-fight to reduce surrounding chaos before finishing the engagement. He left the scene without issuing a public statement.

Current Status
Fate uncertain (pending Session 09 reconcile). In the now-overwritten timeline he was hijacked twice during The Battle of RD3 — first by Jens’s consciousness, then by the Alpha Predator itself (which jumped into him as red mist when Bad Britney was destroyed). The timeline rewind occurred while the entity still wore his body; whether, in the rewritten branch, he is alive, free, and whole is undetermined.

Session 06 Update
The Dragon arrived at the Los Angeles zombie battle, covered in blood and gore and carrying two people — The Regenerator and the feral Patient Zero — seeking the team’s help. His arrival triggered a full recall, and everyone was transported back to Voss Campus.
Session 07 Update
At Voss Campus, The Dragon was permitted to move freely around the base while the situation involving The Regenerator and Patient Zero was assessed. He observed Sammy’s power juice transformation at the obstacle course alongside Voss.
Session 08 Update — Two Doses and the Pied Piper
The Dragon is now established as possessing two levels of juice — making him the most heavily powered individual on the board. This carries two consequences:
- As the brightest “beacon” of concentrated power, he is the prime target and feeding goal for The Hungry God.
- He is therefore the leading candidate for the “Pied Piper” bait role — drawing the entity to a chosen kill-zone.
In the prophetic footage of the coming battle, The Dragon is the first to engage the entity. He is badly wounded, then healed by the Regenerator, whom Guy speeds across the field to reach him. Later in the same footage, The Dragon is pulped by a red-eyed Ronnie (the entity having taken a host).
Session 09 Update — Hijacked Twice

needs_review— an open hook for the GM).
The brightest “doorway” of power in the room, The Dragon was the obvious vessel for a desperate Jens — who, newly bodiless, possessed him and used his superhuman strength to crush Bad Britney. The moment her body died, the Alpha Predator jumped into The Dragon as red mist, ejecting Jens and making the public hero the entity’s most powerful host. The party struck the possessed Dragon (Ronnie’s psychic assault, Sammy’s fatigue-blow, Guy’s rifle-butt swing that he ducked) but could not subdue him before Jens reset the timeline. Throughout both possessions, The Dragon’s own furious personality was reduced to a screaming voice trapped in his own skull. His post-rewrite status is open.
