The strike element — Sammy, Jens, and Brittany, operating with Jenkins’s team — deployed in power suits into Los Angeles to confront the outbreak.
They engaged a horde of 40-50 zombies swarming a city bus full of civilians. The zombies resisted body shots, forcing the team to rely on suit weapons, blades, and headshots. Jens set a timed limpet mine that destroyed roughly half the horde in a single blast. The civilians escaped.
The Dragon then arrived carrying The Regenerator and the feral Patient Zero. The Regenerator revealed that he had caused the plague by attempting to resurrect his dead wife — Jane Garcetti, who is Patient Zero. A full recall returned everyone to Voss Campus.
